Scope of Work:

Support Corporate Strategy in developing and executing strategies aimed at driving business growth through strategic initiatives across utilities in industrial estates, covering Electricity, Water, Wastewater, Gas, and Internet Infrastructure. Responsibilities include strategic planning, financial modeling, business analysis, and agreement drafting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategic planning and implementation for core utility businesses and new ventures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective strategy execution.
• Draft, review, and prepare agreements, and partnership documentation.
• Conduct business model analyses, offering strategic insights and solutions.
• Develop preliminary financial models to assess new business opportunities.
• Draft business plans and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations for senior management.
• Handle other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Project Management, Management Consulting, and/or Investment is preferred.
• Familiarity with utilities, energy, or industrial services is highly valued.
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to all levels of the Organization.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel upcountry and aboard.
• Proficiency in MS office (MS Excel (Intermediate Level), Word, PowerPoint).
