Construction and M&E Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Master Plan, usable area of each plot of land, estimate construction cost .
  • Inspection drawing and specification, contractor bidding, negotiation and award.
  • Check the construction contract.
  • Weekly meetings and tracking the progress of project, solve the problem.
  • To select materials and set standards of quality.
  • heck payment of the contractor and Increase work – Decrease work (if any).
  • Verify the integrity of work if it has defect work report to contractor to repair.
  • Verify documents such as As-built Drawing, Bank guarantees, and completion
  • Supervision , repair and maintenance and check cost ,time and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (GPA > 2.75)
  • At least 7-10 years of progressively related experience in infrastructure and construction.
  • Minimum Level-I Professional Engineering license (สย.) from the Council of Engineers of Thailand
  • Act in a professional manner always abide by the non-disclosure agreement and Amata Group codes of conduct.
  • Fluent in English specking, reading and writing (TOEIC > 500)
  • Having knowledge and skill in project management and Auto Cad, Sketchup and Civil Engineering program.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill and work as a team works.
