Thousands run as the AMATA City Run made its comeback with a 10km mini-marathon and a 5km run and fun walk. The popular run event, previously called AMATA Charity Run, resumed on February 26, 2023, after it was postponed last three years due to the coronavirus pandemic.
More than 2,200 participants took over the streets of AMATA City Chonburi industrial estate in the early hours of Sunday morning under ideal weather conditions, seeing the streets of AMATA coming alive with runners each taking on their individual challenges.
The AMATA City Run, held under the slogan of "We care for a sustainable society", is all about inspiring people of all ages to be physically active, creating a community that promotes health and well-being, as outlined by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs).

AMATA Corporation Public Company Chairman Mr. Vikrom Kromadit presided over event, which was organized by Amata Facility Services Company in partnership with various organizations from the public and private sectors.
All proceeds are going to good causes, supporting the Panthong district hospital, a local healthcare facility within the neighborhoods of AMATA City Chonburi and the Queen Sirikit National Institute of Children Health for children with epilepsy.
