Scope of Work:

Project Initiation and Feasibility Study, New Project Implementation and New Business Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project initiation and feasibility study (conceptualization, partnership planning, project design, revenue planning, cost estimation)
• New Project implementation (Project management across countries and BUs).
• Company set up (new business across countries and BUs)
• New business partnership (JV setup, partnership contract)
• New business partnership (JV setup, partnership contract)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field / MBA or a Master's degree in a related field preferable. 
• Experience in executive positions, a strong track record of Business Development role in planning, executing, and completing large-scale projects within budget and on schedule.
• Business Development skill: ability to execute strategy to accomplish the Company’s strategic direction, particularly in the utility sector.
• In-depth knowledge of the utility sector: carbon neutral, renewable energy technologies etc.
• Adept at financial analysis, budgeting, budget control, risk management, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain financially viable.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory: in the utility industry.
• Critical thinking, decision-making: and finding innovative solutions to overcome obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Leadership and team management: Strong leadership with the capacity to motivate and manage team.
• Personal Attribute: Integrity, Diligence and Flexibility
