Amata U Company Limited and Eastern Water Resources Development and Management Public Company Limited signed an MOU to develop a comprehensive water management plan for the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). The one-year collaboration aims to ensure sustainable water resource management, support industrial growth, and address drought challenges.
Key initiatives include:
- Expanding Amatayu's water production from 58M to 110M cubic meters annually.
- Investing THB 20M in water pipelines connecting to EASTW's network.
- Enhancing raw water supply and pipeline efficiency in key EEC areas.
The partnership aligns with government policies to strengthen water security and optimize resources for long-term industrial and regional growth.
